Taken from The Dawning of Wisdom Part 1 "A Bite of Wisdom"
Day 16.
"Do all things without murmuring and disputing." (Philippines 2:14)
Make this a day of no grumbling, no complaining, no arguing and no criticizing. Rather rejoice, be glad, be grateful, be content.
This cannot be done in one's own effort. First, a decision to accomplish this must be made. Then we draw on the power source of God within us. He is the Helper. Then continuously throughout the day we must guard our words, thoughts and reactions. The Holy Spirit will show us the spots that need to be changed. We can deliberately change them by saying such things as, "No, I will not say that. I bring every thought captive to the obedience of Christ." The natural man would just love to be in control. Are we going to let him? We are more than conquerors if we're willing to fight the battle.

One can make a practical, simple outline of this short message but the impact of applying it to our circumstances will produce great results. It is just a matter of doing it consistently until we have conquered what needs to be conquered. It will work for nearly anything we need to change about ourselves.
