Day 1  

        And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him. (Hebrews 11:6)
        Most everyone would like to think that he is pleasing to God. Some try to please Him by being good or kind or by doing good works. These are all admirable things but the truth is that we must have faith to please Him. Why faith? Because it is faith that moves the hand of God, not begging or pleading or even weeping. The connection between the physical realm and the spiritual realm is faith. The connection between God and man is faith. God lives in the spiritual realm and man in the natural realm and what God manifests in the natural realm came out of the spiritual realm. People with faith believe without seeing, but then do see and receive. People with little or no faith need to see to believe but may never see.
       We must believe that God rewards those who diligently seek Him. We must believe that God is there for us and we can go to Him in faith for anything, anytime. He will be pleased with our coming to Him.
Profession of faith:
I need faith to be pleasing to God. When I go to Him, believing that He is there for me, I can receive from Him. As I diligently seek Him, He rewards me. When I have faith to receive from Him, I am pleasing to God.
