The author of One-A-Day messages, Flossie Randels, is a retired speech therapist from California who now lives in Oregon. She and her husband Bob took early retirements from education careers to own and operate a little Bible bookstore in the mountains of southern California. From there opportunities for ministry opened up to lead Bible study groups, teach in her church, serve on Area Board for Women’s Aglow Fellowship, become Director of a Crisis Pregnancy Center, travel with her husband to do volunteer work on church structures, and more recently, to write devotional messages which are in twelve One-A-Day booklets or a two-volume book entitled The Dawning of Wisdom. “The best thing that ever happened to me is when I fell in love with Jesus and surrendered totally to Him.”
